FAQ for future awesome users:

Where can I find instructions on how to apply, remove, or troubleshoot one of your cases?

Many of our product pages include a link to that product’s instructions. If you don’t see one, your next best bet would be to check out our YouTube

channels and search the device + product you are trying to fit. Pop the rubber piece loose from the middle of the bottom of the case frame, at the function button. Then gently pull the frame apart, top and bottom pieces. This is how I do it. When you put it back together, make sure the frame pops back into place, closed snuggly all the way around. The easiest way to remove thecase is to peel back the outer layer first. Work your way around the device until the entire outer layeris disconnected. Separate the two polycarbonate pieces by releasing the tabs on each corner of the device.

I have an adaptor or other accessory that won't fit with your case. What should I do?

We test our cases with the original equipment manufacturers’ accessories such as earplugs and chargers (e.g. those that came with the device at the time of purchase). Our cases may also be compatible with third party accessory manufacturers, but there can be variances with these manufacturers that affect the fit. If you purchased through our online store within 65 days, you can return the case for a full refund, though we hope that won't be necessary.

Really love this case!.jpg

May I know good users how to use the bracket?

The kick stand has a release button that must be pressed in order to fold the kickstand back into place.

You have to push down on the small tab in order to get the kickstand to fully slide into place. Otherwise, you could break the plastic kickstand by trying to force it up. To get it to fold back into the back of the case, you have to push down again on the tab while pressing down on the other end of the kickstand.

How to Clean the Case ?

Before you clean any high-tech product, turn it off completely and unplug cables. This will minimize damage if any liquid should get on the device.

How should I clean my fabric-backed case?

We would suggest you remove the case and wash it gently with a cloth that has been lightly dampened with lukewarm water. Then air dry the case thoroughly before reinstalling it on the device. Do not use cleaners or solvents!

Smart cover cannot be turned to a portrait stance(handstrap)..jpg

realized that there is a built in buffer zone to protect the iPad. That leaves space between your iPad and the edge of the case (but it’s not noticeable when the case is snapped together).jpg

Don't use window cleaners, household cleaners, aerosol sprays, solvents, ammonia, abrasives, or cleaners containing hydrogen peroxide to clean the case.

How should I clean my non-fabric-backed case?

We would suggest using a damp eyeglass quality cleaning cloth first. If that doesn’t remove all the dirt and/or fingerprints, then please remove the case and wash it with mild dish soap and water, then air dry thoroughly. For dry ink marks, you may want to try an eraser from a mechanical pencil and then gently rub it with a dampened eyeglasses cloth. Do not use cleaners or solvents!
